Our Projects - Flat Renovation EC1

Horns Ltd is always excited about new projects. 

This 3 bedroom central London mezzanine flat has been refurbished on a design-build basis by Horns Construction.

The main bathroom was moved to the second floor. New structural beams were installed, and load-bearing walls were removed. This allowed us to add one bedroom, an open-plan kitchen/dining area, a new WC, and an en-suite.

The client wanted a flat at the top of the rental market to suit professionals in central London. Clients were provided with all specifications to meet their budget, and we managed the entire project.

The scope of the works included new roofs, replacement of all windows for new double-glazed windows, and new terrace roof membranes.

The flat’s interior was completely renovated with new services, heating, electrical installations, and full decoration. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed along with oak floors, a clad staircase, and new joinery and wardrobes.

The transformation is amazing, especially compared to how it had looked before. We chose finishes that are elegant and not too expensive. The flat was listed because of potential tenants, even though the market wasn’t high.

There are not many flats as beautiful and finished as they are on the market, so there is always demand for them. Thank you, Horns Construction crew!
