House remodeling SW2

This 1920’s terrace house was located in South London. The scope of our work included loft conversion, rear extension, and remodelling of the ground floor. It was an amazing project that we could get our teeth into.

Talking about extensions, the rear Dormer loft was easy to accomplish as we had previously worked on houses on the same street – something we could almost have done with our eyes closed.

The small rear extensions were more difficult due to the many steel beams we had to deal with. We had to ensure that we had the correct support, box frames, and, most importantly, new foundations to do the job correctly.

Also included are works:

• New bathrooms
• Rewiring of electrical circuits
• Heating Central
• Underfloor heating
• Front elevation and rear elevation
• Tiles on the rear patio
• Front garden tiling
• Built-in carpentry
• New kitchen design and build
• Wooden floors and wood-decorated walls throughout

Although this was a difficult task, we are proud to have completed the renovation in 24 weeks. We have been able to offer new jobs through family and friends, which has made the owners more than happy with their new home.
