Our Projects - Chelsea SW3

This project concerns a flat basement refurbishment located in Chelsea SW3, West London.

A basement flat was transformed into a one-bedroom flat during this renovation. It was located in the Knightsbridge neighbourhood of Chelsea. We were able to create a semi-enclosed bedroom that is smarter than a studio or bedsit. This clever design made it feel more like a one-bedroom apartment.

To prevent further damp damage, all walls were treated with damp-proofing membranes. The whole property was wired, and skirting radiators were installed. This was all done according to the specifications of the interior designer.
